SYMPTOMS
========

When you are using a computer with a Microsoft Natural Keyboard, you may not be
able to log on to Windows NT after performing a warm boot from Windows 95. The
keyboard may not respond until you turn the computer off and back on.

Other symptoms may include serial or parallel ports that do not function in
Windows NT after being warm booted from Windows 95.

CAUSE
=====

The computer's BIOS is not fully resetting the system when it is warm booted.

RESOLUTION
==========

Contact the manufacturer of your computer to obtain a firmware (BIOS) upgrade
for your system.
