SYMPTOMS

The computer displays a blue screen when one process does a raw disk I/O with
IoCompletionPort and another process does a normal I/O on the same partition.
RESOLUTION
==========
Install updated file.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 4.0. This
problem was corrected in the latest Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 U.S. Service Pack.
