SYMPTOMS
========
Under high stress conditions, Fs_rec.sys can cause CDFS (the Compact Disc File
System) to cause a system crash (trap).
WORKAROUND
==========
The fixed Fs_rec.sys file is available in Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 2 and
later.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 4.00. This
problem has been corrected in the latest U.S. Service Pack for Windows NT
version 4.00. For information on obtaining the Service Pack, query on the
