SYMPTOMS
========

Windows NT 4.0 will stop responding under certain circumstances when running the
16-bit version of Visual Basic 4.0 and attempting to use the Visual Basic Add-In
Manager.


CAUSE
=====

The PDB (program database) pointer was being restored into the wrong context.


STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows NT version
4.0.
This problem was corrected in the latest Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 U.S. Service
Pack. For information on obtaining the service pack, query on the following word
