SYMPTOMS
========

Incoming fax jobs are received and routed successfully (Printer-InBox- Archive)
to the intended output device, but the job never appears in the printer queue.
Event Viewer may also show successful routing for the incoming job.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows NT version
4.0. This problem has been corrected in the latest U.S. Service Pack for
Microsoft Windows NT version 4.0. For information on obtaining the Service Pack,
