SYMPTOMS

Some Adobe Acrobat .pdf files will fail to display when you use Internet
Information Server 2.0.
CAUSE
=====
Internet Information Server 2.0 does not correctly serve multiple byte ranges.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem with Microsoft Internet Information
Server version 2.0. This problem was corrected in Service Pack 2 for Microsoft
Windows NT Server 4.0. For information on obtaining the Service Pack, query on
