SYMPTOMS
========
When the NetQueryDisplayInformation API is called repeatedly, a memory leak
occurs. The rate of the leakage depends greatly on the number of user accounts.
The allocated memory will be regained as soon as the calling function
terminates.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 4.0. This
problem was corrected in the latest Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 U.S. Service Pack.
