SYMPTOMS
========
In some international versions of Windows NT, if a SCSI adapter driver's
description contains extended characters, display of the description in the SCSI
Adapters Control Panel utility is truncated before the first extended character.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 4.0. This
problem was corrected in the latest Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 U.S. Service Pack.
