SYMPTOMS
========
The character set specific to a particular font is not being used when using the
SNA Server Print Service.
Also, if no font is selected, SNA Server Print Service chooses a font which
supports the character set dictated by the host code page selected.
RESOLUTION
==========
A fix is available to correct this problem. To resolve this problem, obtain the
hotfix mentioned below.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in SNA Server version 3.0. This
problem was corrected in the latest Microsoft SNA Server 3.0 U.S. Service Pack.
