SYMPTOMS

MSN Program Viewer cannot be maximized in 1600 x 1200 video resolution in MSN,
The Microsoft Network, version 2.0.
RESOLUTION
==========
To work around this problem, set the video resolution to a lower setting by
following these steps:
1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click Display.
3. Click the Settings tab.
4. Move the Desktop Area slider to a lower setting, and then click OK.
5. When you are prompted to restart your computer, click Yes.
