SYMPTOMS
========

When you stop panning through a 360 degree view in Microsoft Bookshelf 98, the
view window may turn white. If you start to pan through the empty window, the
360 degree view reappears.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this problem, use the following steps to reduce the color palette to
256 colors:

1. On the Apple menu, click Control Panels.

2. Double-click Monitors, and then click 256.
