SYMPTOMS
========
If you are viewing an article in Microsoft Bookshelf Intro Edition and you click
the Refresh/Reload button in your browser to refresh the article you are
viewing, you are returned to the opening search window of Bookshelf.
CAUSE
=====
Bookshelf Intro Edition does not keep track of the current article you are
viewing.
WORKAROUND
==========
To work around this problem, right-click inside the article you are viewing, and
then click Refresh on the menu that appears.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Bookshelf Intro
Edition. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in
the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
