SYMPTOMS
========
If the number of users exceeds 16 with the TCMAPP application, TCMAPP may
generate an Access Violation error. This error may occur after you have added 16
or more users, saved changes, exited, and then restarted the application.
RESOLUTION
==========
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or
Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition. For additional information,
