Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Bookshelf 98. We are
researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft
Knowledge Base as it becomes available.

SUMMARY
=======

When you install Microsoft Bookshelf 98, the file Bshxl.xla is copied to your
hard drive. This file was used to integrate previous versions of Bookshelf with
Microsoft Excel. However, Bookshelf 98 is not designed to integrate with Excel.

You may safely delete this file from your hard drive unless you also use a
previous version of Bookshelf that is integrated with Excel.
