SYMPTOMS
========

When you print an image from Microsoft Bookshelf to a dot-matrix printer, the
image may be printed at between 50 and 75 percent of its original size.

This problem does not occur with inkjet or laser printers.

RESOLUTION
==========

To work around this problem, copy and then paste the image into a graphics
program such as Paint, and then print the image from this program.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products that are
listed at the beginning of this article.
