SYMPTOMS
========

The Windows NT 4.0 Resource Kit Supplement II includes a command-line utility,
NETDOM, which allows the administrator to join a domain from a command line.

Joining a domain with NETDOM 1.2 works fine but results in the following error
message when you try to log on to the computer:

  The system cannot log you on because the system's primary domain
  password is missing.

RESOLUTION
==========

This problem has been fixed in NETDOM 1.3 and above. Contact your local support
center if you encounter the problem described herein.
