To create a personal distribution list, perform the following steps:
1. From the Tools menu, select Address Book.
2. In the "Show Names from the:" list, choose Personal Address Book.
NOTE: You must have Personal Address Book selected as an information service
associated with your profile in order to see this option.
3. From the file menu, select New Entry.
4. Select Personal Distribution List as the entry type.
5. Click OK.
6. Type in a name for the distribution list.
7. Add members to your distribution list by clicking Add/Remove Members.
8. Click OK to exit.
