SUMMARY

If you are experiencing problems when you play the opening videos or audio
portion of Close Combat, you can turn the videos and sound off before you start
the game by opening the Close Combat Options dialog box and changing the
settings.

To open the Close Combat Options dialog box before you start the game, press and
hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard while you double-click the Close Combat
shortcut on the desktop.

To turn off sound or videos, click the appropriate check box to clear it.

The following settings are available in the Close Combat Options dialog box.

Performace Settings:

  Game Speed: Slow, Medium, or Fast
  Screen Resolution: 800x600@16bpp, or 1024x768@16bpp

Game Options:

  Enable Sound
  Enable Music
  Enable Videos
  Expand Game Area
  Remove Trees
  Remove KIA Soldiers
