SYMPTOMS

When all the LUs assigned to a user are selected in SNA Server Manager, the Move
Up and Move Down arrows on the tool bar can still be used.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in SNA Server version 4.0. This
problem was corrected in the latest SNA Server version 4.0 U.S. Service Pack.
