SYMPTOMS
========

When you dictate a document using IBM Voice Type, save the document and try to
quit Microsoft Word, you receive the following error:

  Winword caused an invalid page fault in module MFC40.DLL

WORKAROUND
==========

To work around this problem, follow these steps:

1. Save the document.

2. Close the document.

3. Create a new, blank Word document.

4. Quit Word.

STATUS

This problem occurs when you use Microsoft Word 97 and IBM Voice Type.
