SYMPTOMS
========

When you edit the Config.sys file to include an ACCDATE command so that the last
accessed date for files is not updated, files may still be updated with the
current date when you make changes.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows 95. We are
researching this problem and will post new information in the Microsoft
Knowledge Base as it becomes available.

The ACCDATE command is documented in the Config.txt file located in your Windows
folder. This command turns on or off the updating of the last accessed date for
