SYMPTOMS
========

A computer running Windows NT Server or Workstation with Compaq's Power
Management Service version 1.10 installed but not enabled, may experience 100
percent processor usage in the SNMP process.

RESOLUTION
==========

To work around this problem, enable the Compaq Power Management Service v1.10 to
allow the processor usage for the SNMP service to return to normal operating
levels.

To resolve this problem, upgrade the Compaq Power Management Service v1.10 to
version 1.20.
