SYMPTOMS
========
When you install Microsoft Office 4.3, program shortcuts are located in
%SystemRoot%\Profiles\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Office 43. All users can
view and start the programs, but are not able to customize the program
shortcuts.
RESOLUTION
==========
To allow the program shortcuts to be customized for each user, copy the program
shortcuts to each user's home directory.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows NT version
4.0, Terminal Server Edition.
