SYMPTOMS
========

Per-session occupancy can be reduced if the RNS order heap size is reduced by 10
KB. This may not affect CPU load or bandwidth, but may improve scalability.

CAUSE
=====

This enhancement cannot be implemented at this time. This behavior is by design.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows NT version
4.0, Terminal Server Edition.
