SYMPTOMS
========
When the OS Chronologies option in VTune 3.0 is used on Windows NT Server 4.0
with the Windows NT 4.0 Option Pack installed, VTune stops responding or fails.
The problem is with W3ctrs.dll, version 4.02.0622, from the Windows NT Option
Pack.
RESOLUTION
==========
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or
Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition. For additional information,

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Windows NT 4.0 Option Pack.
This problem was first corrected in Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 4.0 and Windows
NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition Service Pack 4.
