SYMPTOMS
========
Clients connecting to a computer running Internet Information Server (IIS) 3.0
over a slow or unresponsive network may see either of the following problems:
- They receive the error message "The connection was reset".
-or-
- Only partial pages are seen when opening an IIS Web page.
RESOLUTION
==========
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or
Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition. For additional information,

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Internet Information Server
version 3.0. This problem was first corrected in Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 4.0
