SYMPTOMS
========

When attempting to Remote Control a Windows 95 client computer that uses a Fire
1000GL AGP video card, the Quick Viewer window may be unable to successfully
draw the image of the Windows 95 client computer.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Systems Management Server
version 1.2. This problem has been corrected in the latest U.S. service pack for
Systems Management Server version 1.2. For information on obtaining the service
