SYMPTOMS

When you open the Display Properties dialog box, the Plus tab may be missing.
CAUSE
=====
This behavior can occur if the Plustab.dll file is missing or damaged.
RESOLUTION
==========
To resolve this issue, extract the Plustab.dll file from the Plus_3.cab file
from the original Microsoft Plus! media to the Windows\System folder. For
