SYMPTOMS
========

After you remove an empty cell (or cells) from a table and close FrontPage
Editor, you are not prompted to save the changes you made. When you reopen the
file, the empty cell is still in the table.

CAUSE
=====

FrontPage does not detect any changes if you delete empty cells. Therefore, it
does not prompt you to save the page when you close FrontPage Editor.

RESOLUTION
==========

Save the page by clicking Save on the File menu before you close FrontPage
Editor.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at
the beginning of this article.
