SYMPTOMS
========
Remote mail messages come out of the gateway UUENCODED.
CAUSE
=====
The remote client cuts off the text border one character short. The gateways
uses this field to strip off the header.
RESOLUTION
==========
A supported fix that corrects this problem is now available from Microsoft, but
has not been fully regression tested and should be applied only to systems
experiencing this specific problem.
