SYMPTOMS
========

Users do not see the local users of their own FFAPI gateway postoffice.

CAUSE
=====

The FFAPI postoffice is not defined as an external postoffice in the Network
list as it is the local postoffice.

RESOLUTION
==========

A supported fix that corrects this problem is now available from Microsoft, but
has not been fully regression tested and should be applied only to systems
experiencing this specific problem.
