SYMPTOMS
========
The Microsoft File and Print Services (FPNW) service may slowly leak memory.
Performance Monitor shows PrivateBytes for Nwssvc.exe growing steadily until an
Out Of Virtual Memory error message occurs.
CAUSE
=====
This problem occurs because, when BindLibGetInfo is called but returns an error,
a memory block is not released.
RESOLUTION
==========
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or
the individual software update. For information on obtaining the latest service
