SYMPTOMS
========
If you click "Name That Place" Game or Statistics Center on the Discover home
screen in Microsoft Encarta Virtual Globe 99, the pointer appears to focus on
the World Statistics or Name That Place Game dialog box as well as the Discover
home screen in the background. When you move the pointer inside the dialog box,
screen elements in the background also respond to pointer movement.
However, as long as the pointer is positioned within the dialog box, the actual
focus remains on the dialog box .

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Encarta Virtual Globe
99, version 1.0.
