SYMPTOMS
========

When you attempt to install Microsoft Encarta Encyclopedia 99 on a Microsoft
Windows NT 4.0-based computer, you may receive one of the following error
messages:

- Cannot use derived alpha-method from Intel code.

- Encarta Setup cannot open the file C:\Winnt\Sys32x86\Oleaut32.dll.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if an Alpha microprocessor is installed in the computer.
