SYMPTOMS
========
After you install Microsoft Bookshelf 99, the Define feature of Microsoft Word
97 may continue to start Microsoft Bookshelf Basics.
CAUSE
=====
This behavior can occur because the Bookshelf 99 installation program does not
overwrite the registry key installed by Bookshelf Basics.
RESOLUTION
==========
To resolve this issue, use the Microsoft Office 97 CD-ROM to remove Bookshelf
Basics, and then remove and reinstall Bookshelf 99.
STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Bookshelf 99.
