SYMPTOMS
========
If you resize the Bookshelf 99 program window when the Bookshelf CD-ROM is not
in the CD-ROM drive, you receive a message prompting you to insert the Bookshelf
disc into the CD-ROM drive.
When you insert the Bookshelf CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive, and then click OK,
you may receive the following error message:
Bshelf99 caused an invalid page fault in module Bshelf99.exe.
If you click Close, Bookshelf quits and you must restart the program.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Bookshelf 99.

To prevent this issue from occurring, do not remove the Bookshelf CD-ROM from
the CD-ROM drive while you are running Bookshelf.
