SYMPTOMS
========

When you create an HTML title for a Web page document and then you save, close,
and re-open the document, the HTML title is displayed in the document title bar
instead of the document file name.

To create an HTML title in Word:

1. On the File menu, click Properties.

2. In the Title box, type the HTML title.

3. Click OK.

CAUSE
=====

By design, if there is a <TITLE> tag in your HTML document, Word makes the
title of the document window the same as the HTML title.
