SYMPTOMS

If you use the SS_BITMAP to display a bitmap on the Macintosh, it will not
appear.
CAUSE
=====
Picture controls are not supported in WLM static controls.
RESOLUTION
==========
The best workaround is to bitblt the image to the dialog box.
