SYMPTOMS
========
If you stop the information store while it is sending messages, an error message
indicating that some Rich Text Format (RTF) text in a message is corrupted may
be displayed.
RESOLUTION
==========
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Exchange Server
version 5.5. For additional information, please see the following article in the
