SYMPTOMS
========
After an IP address is deleted from the computer, it may be impossible to reach
some network resources that should still be reachable.
CAUSE
=====
When an IP address is deleted from the computer, subnet routes associated with
that address may not get properly cleaned up. This problem can result in a route
table with expired entries. The "route print" command can be used to view the
route table to verify this problem.
RESOLUTION
==========
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or
