SYMPTOMS
========
The DHCP Service may cause an access violation in Tcpsvcs.exe when you attempt
to start the DHCP Administration program (Dhcpadmn.exe) connecting locally or
remotely.
CAUSE
=====
This problem occurs because the DHCP server does not properly initialize a
structure created to hold client information.
RESOLUTION
==========
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or
the individual software update. For information on obtaining the latest service
