SYMPTOMS

You cannot uninstall Microsoft Site Server 3.0 Service Pack 2, if you installed
it using BackOffice Server 4.5 Setup.
CAUSE
=====
This behavior occurs because BackOffice Server 4.5 Setup does not have a
maintenance mode.
RESOLUTION
==========
To resolve this problem, use the Add/Remove Programs tool in Control Panel.
