SYMPTOMS
========

After you install Microsoft Greetings Workshop, graphics may not be displayed
properly, or the screen display may be distorted. This behavior may occur even
if Greetings Workshop is not currently running.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if your video adapter's refresh rate is set to 60
hertz.


RESOLUTION
==========

To work around this behavior, set your video adapter's refresh rate to 72
hertz:

1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.

2. Double-click Display.

3. On the Settings tab, click 72 Hertz in the Refresh Frequency box.

4. Click OK.
