SYMPTOMS
========
After you install Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 4 and then run a program
that uses the CPUID instruction on a computer that has an Intel Mobile Pentium
II or Mobile Celeron CPU (with on-die L2 cache), the function call may
incorrectly return one of the feature bits set to a value of one (1) instead of
zero (0).
RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or
