SYMPTOMS
========
Client Configuration Installation Manager (CCIM) fails to make a connection to
Available Programs Manager (APM) while trying to verify optional client
components. Client components will be added to the registry, but the
installation will fail because CCIM cannot create a connection to APM.
RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Systems Management
