SYMPTOMS
========

The Routing and Remote Access Server (RRAS) computer may stop responding to
incoming calls after a while.

CAUSE
=====

This problem is caused by an insufficient buffer size problem in Kmddsp.tsp.


RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or
the individual software update. For information on obtaining the latest service
