SYMPTOMS

When running ICA client against Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server edition,
you may encounter the following stop screen error message:

  Stop 0x0000007f (0x00000008, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

CAUSE
=====

There was a problem with the ICA Exception filter.


RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT Server
4.0, Terminal Server Edition. For additional information, please see the
