SYMPTOMS
========

When you print using a 16-bit program in Windows NT, you may print monochrome
print jobs instead of color print jobs.

CAUSE
=====

This issue can occur if your printer uses 24 bits per pixel (bpp) to render
print jobs.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or
the individual software update. For information on obtaining the latest service
