SYMPTOMS

Inetinfo.exe may stop running when Outlook Web Access attempts to establish an
anonymous Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) connection to the
directory.
RESOLUTION
==========
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Exchange Server

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Outlook Web Access
