SYMPTOMS
========

When you run the DATE command at a command prompt to change the system date
between two dates that occur before and after Daylight Savings Time, the new
system date may be incorrect.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0. For

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products that are
